Can we drive it?
For parades and on-camera moving shots, yes, with our driver. For everything else the truck is delivered, placed and left as a static prop, and it stays where we put it.
Can we decorate it?
Please do. Trees, wreaths, garland, hay, lights, signage and wrapped gifts are all fine. No adhesives, screws or magnets on the paint, and nothing that drips.
What counts as a day?
A calendar day. We deliver in the morning and collect after your last shot or when the event ends, by arrangement. Need it overnight for an early call time? Book two days.
Does it come with a tree, props or a photographer?
Just the truck. Bring your own props and crew, or ask and we can point you to people we like working with.
Where can it go?
Anywhere a trailer can reach: driveways, parking lots, fields, studio lots, storefronts. Grass and gravel are fine. Tell us about tight gates or soft ground when you book.
What about rain?
It's a truck, it's been rained on before. If weather forces you to reschedule, we'll move your dates at no charge if we have room.
How is the truck insured?
The truck is insured while in transit and on site. Production insurance or an event certificate can be arranged for larger shoots; ask when you book.
How do I pay, and when?
A deposit holds your dates once we confirm; the balance is due before delivery. We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, PayPal, checks and wire transfers. You get an invoice with a secure card link; nothing is charged on this website itself.
How far will you deliver the truck?
Delivery is included within 10 miles of Tampa 33603, priced per mile across the Tampa Bay area and central Florida, and quoted individually for the rest of Florida and out of state on a covered carrier.
